Grated Cheese

Lidl's grated cheese is one of their best buys plus they also do slices of Edam or Gouda which are good for sandwiches so I rarely need to buy block cheese. However DD likes a mix of grated cheddar and Red Leicester with spring onions and mayonnaise in her sandwiches so I grated a whole block of Red Leicester then froze it packed in ice cube trays. Each cube is just enough for one round of sandwichesIt doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0
