    I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

    Take a step back and then take several deep breaths!

    Citizens Advice might be a good idea; it sounds like you could do with someone on your side for a change. Every time you come up against the banks it is you on your own versus them. This is a far from equal match!

    I do hope you get it sorted, but am dismayed that an organisation which sees itself as progressive relies on a reactionary 'three strikes and you're out' policy.
