Just learn to relax a bit, your time will come to overtake.

My van doesn't like to go 60 mph and the fuel usage goes up so i tootle along. If I go round corners too fast the plates & cups etc rattle around and might be damaged spoiling my relaxing weekend away.

In my car if I come across a slower car or vehicle its a fun game to plan the overtake and execute perfectly.

Maybe get a satnav as well so you can be in the correct position and gear ready for the road opening up to boot it round to the redline and fly down the road.
