Failing an IVA - What next

Thanks blind as,
I appreciate that you at least took the time to read my previous posts before taking action.
Look, I'm not here to win business, advertise or misguide people.
On the contrary, I offer my own time for free to give the benefit of my experience to those that need it - just like you all do, and I'd like to think that's for the benefit of MSE that I can continue.
It annoys me that I am seen as an enemy to the forum rather than an asset, but perhaps that's just the way it is.
I didn't include my details in my profile to be deceitful, if fact it was for the exact opposite reason.
If they should be removed than I'll remove them, no problem.
Just by the way, if I was here to tout for business, I wouldn't be engaging in helping people with their IVA problems when they are already in an IVA, I'd be actively posting on the main board.

Sorry, but I would be more inclined to beleive that if you hadn't put links to your own website in your profile. If that were truly the case the correct procedure would have been to contact the powers that be and ask for permission to post your details in your signature.
Having read many of your posts you do paint a very unbalanced and negative view on bankruptcy, exaggerating many bad points and being over positive with regards to IVA's (which are what make you money).Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
Hi Everyone,
I seem to have stirred up a real hornet's nest on the forum, but just to put you all at ease and to stop anymore bloodshed, MIVAA only offered very sound advice regarding my IVA and what I needed to get across to my IP. There was absolutely no gain for himself. I feel more confident now when my review comes up both in what I write and say at my review. So please, no more "verbal fisticuffs" and allow MIVAA to do what he does best, give sound advise to those who are already in an IVA but confused, irrational and needing help with their I & E for reviews.

Thank you.0

Hi everyone
To clarify things a bit here..
Links in profiles are allowed, links and/or mentions of site users' businesses in signatures aren't.
While companies may indicate in a thread that they work in a particular field they must not refer people to links in their profiles, if they have them, when they're posting.
Thanks for reading

Sorry a bit late on a reply on this one but here is my view filled with its usual sarcasm
Failing IVA - What next? - well without strapping every advisor, expert, debt free wannabe to a lie detector and researching everyones family history back 5 generations, who knows who's giving the right advice on this forum. Whether this is experiance or expert advice we are not actually meeting or speaking to the person giving it.
Now this brings me onto my own personal gripe about the IVA process. I have said similar before if you live in the north of England you wouldn't Phone a plumber in London to fix your tap only for him to send you a leaflet on how to fix it.
So why is an IVA done in the same way. Its been said in this thread that insolvency is legaly binding so why in such a life changing situation are these factorys allowed to Opperate like this surley with the money they get they can arrange more local qualifed representatives to meet theese clients.
As for the buisiness side of it they are like any other including myself in business to make money.
But I like to make my money fairley chargeing a resonable price for the work done, I do not take any money until i have completed the work and the customer is satisfied. Not as easy in the Insolvencey process i know but it seems the advice given by theses factorys in a lot of cases will steer people to the solution to make the most money - an IVA.
As for links and people druming up business.
My experience from my IVA is don't trust anything or anyone untill you have found out as much as you can about their products or service and with the internet this is so easy to do. Once you've done this then you can contact them, but sometimes the best advice and information comes from the people who just read your posts and thank you for them.
Whatever information you gather from the sources around you the final decision to what you do is yours, I supose a good place to start would be the links on this page.
Who actually posted the links in this thread (i don't think it was the owner)
cheers
