I will never use again. my phone is with them 7 weeks still no payment and it was like brand new, sent 12 e/mails not 1 reply (very business like).
phoned them continued to get fobbed off.

I sent in my N95 8Gb and iPod Video, special delivery and it arrived last Monday. After 5 days I checked the status of my order, it still showed as pending on their website. Looking further it claimed to have recieved the phone but still showed pending on the iPod. I know for certain that both of them were in the jiffy enveloped wrapped in bubble wrap together so something screwy is going on here.

Have emailed numerous times and whenever I have phone been told I am being put through, and always end up with a voice mail. I have yet to have a response to either method of communication. I phoned today (07/07/09) to be told the represetative was in a meeting but they took my name, order number and contact number saying they would be in touch before the end of business today, I am not going to hold my breath though :mad: Will post back to let you know what they say. With all the positive reviews above I was sure this was going to be a nice quick turnaround.

I sent my Nokia N95 8Gb a few weeks ago and still haven't received my cheque! I have emailed and called a number of times. I never get through on the phone and haven't received a reply to my email!

I think this is a con and the company has either gone bust or it wasn't legit to start with!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SITE!!!

Ah, well I sent them on Wednesday a Nokia N95 8GB (by special delivery). They signed for it Thursday (naturally).

I called earlier today (Thursday afternoon) just to see when payment was to be made, and was told that only one lady works for BananaGreen - its kind of an off-shoot to the repair company apparently. When put through all I got was voicemail - left message, it was not returned.

Will wait and see before casting my opinion on this one. :rolleyes: Better get my £140 - wonder what best course of action is if I dont get anywhere.

tbh, they were pretty good with me, i was orried, but recieved my cheque last satday, after sending my phone on 19th june. not to bad service

Well today - day after receiving phone - status changed from pending to awaiting payment. fingers crossed!

Today reads "completed" with cheque for £140 sent 12/07/09.

Now to await my postie in the next few days. Fingers crossed. :T
