Hiya just wondering if somebody can help me out here, im new to this site and never been on a sun holiday before. Im planning and collecting the tokens for this year but im reading these posts and everyone is asking for the codes for the certain days, but what the hell is the codes and what are they for. I thought i had to collect the tokens, fill booking form, send it off with cheque, and wait for reply. I havent heard anythig about codes so what are they all about please anyone ...

the code words ( off the tokens) can only be used for online bookings,in conjunction with a "priority booking code" ( which are sent to you if you have been on a sun holiday within the past 2 years)

otherwise yes,you have to send the tokens off in the post

    good luck

Has anyone got a link to book a Stena line ferry crossing through the £9.50 holiday promotion. Not sure if they are giving you a code to book. I did not book a holiday with The Sun as none of my dates were available so I had to book elsewhere. But I think there was suppose to be a email of how to book a ferry sent if you booked a sun holiday. I gave away my Sun priority reference as I did not need it. So I'm hoping someone could help me out too!! :)

you need your SUN holiday booking confirmation number to be able to access the site / book a ferry crossing :(

Hi everyone, I missed token number 10 but have 1-9 and collected number 11 from Thursdays paper.

Is ten unique tokens acceptable (1-9 & 11) does anyone know?

    thanks,

    Matt.

    yes any 10 :)
  • Morning!

I finally mananged to book my Sun holiday on Tuesday after being kicked out many many times!! We are going to France and would like to take the Plymouth to Roscoff crossing. I went online to book the ferry (using the Suns promotional deal) only to find that there is absolutely no availability. I have checked directly with Brittany Ferries website and my date is available but for over £500! Has anyone else had this problem? Surely this can't be right. The Sun hasn't even dealt with there postal bookings yet so seems a bit unfair.

does anyone know why I can't book Bognor (Butlins)?

it doesnt seem to matter which date or what number in the party it always reverts to a different park - which makes me think the park is simply not available at all?

    Thanks

Update: After trying for the last few days, last night Bognor suddenly became available - and our original date was available.

    Very odd.

It is now saying that my booking code has already been used and won't even let me go into the website now. So annoying!! have contacted The Sun just waiting for them to email me back now.
