Sorry but that [STRIKE]scam[/STRIKE] technology is old hat and has been replaced by Kryptonised Magnets.
These strapped to the fuel lines of your car or CH system(gas or oil) "atomizes the mollycules(sic)" so they line up and burn more efficiently.
They are painted 'Green' which drastically reduces harmful emissions.
If you soaked them overnight in this PD-3 fuel conditioner they would save even more fuel - as long as it didn't remove the green paint.0
