Try switching off the router/modem and the lappy
Then power up the router. Wait till its settled then boot up the lappy

If that doesnt work then your going to have to use YOUR computer to save the files and transfer via USB stick or whatever

(in which case also save LSPFIX, COMBOFIX and SUPERANTISPYWARE)

speed 54.0Mbps
packets sent 650 now up to 890 but rec staying at 29 just lokked at my lappy
sent 1.5 mill rec 2,8 mill

keep trying all this one a wired conection BTW and not with wireless. reboot the router/modem by unplugging it leaving it for a few seconds and plug back in.

had to run my e/son to hospital yest evening
virus ans 42c temp
hes home now and under control....

hi back again
down loaded MALWAREBYTES to a mem stick
had to copy paste to other lappy have it pasted on to the screen opened the file but cant find get it to exe / run

Put the file on the desktop
RIGHT click and RENAME
Call it 'CLEANER' (making the full file name 'cleaner.exe')
Run that
If it STILL doesnt work then reboot and keep pressing F8 to get safe mode selection screen up
Select SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING
Then try from there

if it wont update then do this ~
download MALWAREBYTES DEFINITION FILES
http://www.gt500.org/malwarebytes/database.jsp
Once the '.exe' file has been download. Open it ~ it will automatically update the 'MALWAREBYTES DEFINITION' files for you. THEN run malwarebytes

Im unsure what youve done with all the files youve mentioned!

Download it again (its ONE file)

Put it on your desktop

Go into SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING

Right click the file and change its name (its ONE file ONLY ~ 'mbam-setup.exe')

run that

if you just cant get it to work then run hijack in MORMAL mode instead
