Max.Imp Yes the offences did commence in Spain. The Durham police said that IF they were approached by the Spanish police they would assist.
Unfortunately that company mentioned in a former post of mine "Ridley Trading" is nothing to do with him after all. SHAME!!!!!When man sacrifices the Love of POWER for the Power of Love, there will be peace on earth.0 -

How did she first meet him? Internet dating/club/social group? It would be worthwhile spreading a word of warning in that particular 'circle', these guys often return to 'rich pickings' or familiar areas.0

She met him on the pentyofffish dating site i think. The deception must have started in the UK.A friend in special branch told me the normal police will only look for tracking info from his mobile if quite a few women come forward due to the cost of requesting the cell triangular information.0

Fair enough, In a lot of these cases there may not even be a criminal offence. If the woman has been stupid enough to give him access to her finances to use as he wants then that is very foolish and unfortunate.
You really have to question why a woman would fall for a "millionaire" who had to borrow all her money and drive a banger:rolleyes:0 -
She never said he was a millionaire, and quote: "he accessed her banking details".
Clearly someone believed what he said, unlike you, whom no one believes.0 -

He owned a mansion - for me you take this to mean millionaire
And the bank and police won't get involved due to the way they were accessed . i.e she gave him access
Yes clearly they did believe, an utterly ridicolous scam only the most naive would believe.
"hey there im a millionaire, i just like a hyundai getz eh, how about giving me your pin number"

You are a truly NASTY piece of work, if you can't write a word of sympathy or suggest something why not just ignore the post and go away?
I don't deny my friend was naive, but a kinder more giving person would be hard to find.
YOU are so obviously so clever and would never make any kind of mistake. Hmmmmmmmmmmm maybe, just maybe ONE day something horrible will happen to you, and I hope you get the same level of sympathy you have shown here. When man sacrifices the Love of POWER for the Power of Love, there will be peace on earth.0 -
Just thought I would bump this thread ...
If you were to publish his PlentyOfFish login id maybe those of us who use
POF could tell him what a !!!! he is, wind him up, send him nice things, whatever...
It would also maybe help to cut off one of his supply lines.0
