hi, just recieved my confirmation through, got the park we wanted but not the date. However on the form we put accept any park so if we didnt get the park we wanted then the charges were capped. Just wondered are the charges still supposed to get capped even if you do get the park you wanted? Payment is due asap but cant find a number for the sun to call them, so any help very much appreciated.
  • Does anyone know if there will be another "deal" for the Autumn ?

you are best to ring to confirm when i 1st booked with them last year, they cashed cheque and it took about 2 weeks for paperwork to land.

Once you'v e been you'll get priority, its easier to book online.

I went to Parkdean Trecco bay in March- lots for kids to do, would recommedn- great indoor pool and I'm going Pontins Prestatyn, 26-29th June- can't wait......:j

Just received paperwork from Bunn Leisure only to be shocked at the charges that they have added onto the holiday!
Initially the sun booking form says service charges of £6 pupn and entertainment plus pass of £7 pppb (which probably won't be used), which i fully understood when booking. However on the paperwork not only does it have the above charges but they also have:

Full compliment of linen per caravan of £18
and Essential pack per caravan £25
(and they want it all paid for by 11th-may)
Therefore adding a total of £95 on top of what has already been paid... I'll be contacting bunn leisure/uk holidays in the sun later for reasons to the sudden unexpected additions (above those mentioned in the paper) which have more than doubled the holiday cost. =/

Just ring them up and tell them that the only 'extra' you wish to pay for is the service charge. Say you don't require the others thank you very much (they are optional afterall).
