nat82 yea they are stilll imature, i do sometimes feel he's soo not his age or i was born to late cos im quite ''wise'' in my young years so we balance out.
ive had a mixed bag of reactions from my family, some are happy about it.. and some are very very sceptical of it all.. i have a few friends who dont care as long as im happy and as for my H2b.. well right now he's ring shopping
i guess im kinda lucky my H2b doesnt have any kids (sounds means but yea).. that would be hard for me, its hard enuf as it is that he lives in canada, and is working hard to get back here..
..i think if your happy, doesnt matter about the people around you, if it works out.. it works and if it doesnt then mourn the loss and wait for the next prince to cross your path..:exclamati:female:choose life, choose to save money, choose to search higher and lower, choose martin lewis and rock the F**k on!! \\mm// :female::exclamati0 -
One of my work collegues is 30 and her husband is 60. Another work collegue is 19 and her bf is 31 and they've been together for 2 years. Me and my bf met when I was 16 and he was 22, still together 4 years on.0

Yes, you grow together.
You carry on as you've always have. You never see the age as a number you just see the person.
Sex gets better with age too.

When i was younger i could never see what older men seen in teenage girls, (16-17) as i'm 25 now and i couldn't think of anything worse of dating a younger woman!
Once you get out of your teens for me age is nothing - alot of people are just jealous.0 -
I am 22 and H2B is 27, we met when I was 19. I've never really thought of there being an age difference, I have been 'forced' to grow up a lot early on in life and I think due to that, the age difference feels non existant, I don't see me as being younger than him.
I think if I was fresh out of uni it would be a bit different0 -

im very much the same as u, i was severly forced to grow up at a very young age and im pretty sure mentally im like 35 so tbh there's no gap for me... just the gap between our countires.. damm ocean!! *shakes fist*:exclamati:female:choose life, choose to save money, choose to search higher and lower, choose martin lewis and rock the F**k on!! \\mm// :female::exclamati0 -
Mrs Metallica, just the same here! Im 21 and the OH is 36

We havent had many comments, although a few of his family suddenly decided they didnt like me even though wed been together for 3 years and coincidently it was just after they discovered how young I was!!
My brothers are much older than me so Ive always had an old head on my shoulders. This also means my best friends are older than me, which helped with me getting on with the OH.
When I was at uni I had no interest in going out and getting hammered every night. I was more happy with a glass of wine at home in front of the tv
