    Re the single-premium policies - are these all for five years, or do they sometime last longer?

    Just to let you know that I've had an outstanding complaint against a broker 'Loanmakers Ltd' who sold us a first plus loan! Same kind of insurance premium. I submitted the complaint to the FOS well over a year ago and they still say they haven't had time to look at it due to the volume of complaints!! Not only that, Loanmakers have gone into administration!!! Thi means I have to wait for them to decide whether to pass the complaint to another service who specialise in reclaiming from companies who've gone into administration!!! The frustration doesn't end!! Good luck though.... :mad:
