Well poor postman who had to carry it !
No phone calls with it or comission paid to Norton Finance..
I hope the one I ahve asked from nortons is usefull as this one is not !
Hiya Holly
So you now have the SAR then and a load of it as well by the sounds of it....... poor postie lol......:D .
Right then so you've had lots to go through and so far you've not received anything about info on commissions or any transcripts of phone calls.
Do you remember when talking to them on the phone by any chance if they said they record their calls?
I do know this was more so from 2005, yet I only received phone calls for the loan advance and not the first loan.
If you think there is something missing, write to them ASAP and question why they have not provided you this and that, whatever you feel is missing and if they do not have these to explain why.
You do not pay again.
Ask them to send you the missing info by 7-14 days deadline or you will contact the Information Commissioners Office.
If for some reason they do not have that info they should let you know why, that is what I have been told anyway.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi Holly, yes take this to the FOS, give them a ring, explain your situation and they will either deal with this over the phone, or send you a form to complete or you can download one from their site, good luck hun, you keep at them and keep us informed.;)

Hi Holly
Your doing the right thing here now hun if there is nothing more the company will do.
Remember to enclose the copy of the final letter with the FOS form and also send the finance company a copy of the form as well if you want to, it may help, but do not guarantee this, if they change their minds in your favour then let the FOS know.
When the FOS receive the form, it will be approx 2-3 weeks before you hear with a letter of confirming this is received, but due to the high volumes of these complaints it may take a little longer, I hope not though.
If your stuggling with financial hardship make the FOS aware, you can always try asking for fast track, they may consider moving this on quicker for you, again though do not bank on it, as it seems there are high cases of hardship cases as well, but if this is the case for you there is no harm in asking for this.
It can take some time before your case is moved on, but as soon as its been assigned to the adjudicator/caseworker, they take a look at your case, then give the other party generally 2-3 weeks for them to send information.
It can be a matter from a few weeks, as from the adjudicator, to months, maybe over a year, if the case is complexed, unfortunately this can take even longer, but hopefully it will be sooner for you rather than later.;)
If for instance the adjudicator decides it should be upheld, they will let the other party know, but if the other party do not agree, your case may be moved on to another adjudicator working closely to the ombudsman himself, then finally to the ombudsman for a final decision if still not upheld.
However, keep at them hun and hope this is resolved soon after the first adjudicator, good luck.;)
