Im glad I have read this - I have never had a problem in the past either and this week alone I have had one person not receiving their item (I didnt get proof of postage, what do I do?!), one woman who won bids on four items and isn't paying and one woman who won a three piece outfit and has e-mailed me to say "thanks for the outfit but the hoody to it isn't new it has been worn". It was the tshirt out of the three pieces that had the tag on so how would she know the hoody wasn't new?
I'm not sure there is much you can do if you didn't get proof of postage. Was it worth a lot of money? I guess you could go an speak to the PO and see if they will let you fill out a form. Worth a try.Me transmitte sursum, caledoni0 -
I have had very few problems as a buyer or as a (very infrequent) seller. Maybe I've just been lucky, but everyone has always been very nice.0
