    update

I rang National debt line today and the man i spoke to was an angel :A . He was so kind and not in a hurry , went through everything with me, explained all my options, including DRO, i said i felt that this was a good option for me, and he agreed i meet all the requirments, he is sending info on all options, and then i can ring back and discuss further if i wish to go ahead with DRO, or if i need help with any other option, but there isnt really another option as i have no spare money at all each month.

Thank you all for giving me the advice to contact someone else after my not very helpfull visit to my local CAB.

I felt so much better after talking it through with man from NDL.

just one quick question if anyone can help, do i need to still send letters asking creditors to hold my account while i seek advice, and if so is it ok to email them all the letter, (printer has no ink and i have no money ) or should i hand write them.

    Thank you all millions x x x x x

    Hi Dizzy

Start again has got it wrong in that CCCS are offering DROs & will be a competent authority in April along with CAB, National Debtline, Baines & Ernst, Institute of Money Advisers.

So give them a ring on 0800 138 1111 or go online at cccs.co.uk & complete debt remedy. If any problems then ring the web support team and they will give you the bankruptcy support service DRO number.

    Good luck Mazza :-)
