  • Oh dear, has someone taken your ball away so you can't play in the street anymore?:rotfl:

"Imaginary cyber friends"?? Why not? Better than taking offence from "imaginary" posters who simply differ in their opinion.

Like I said to the other poster.

Dont try & twist my words.

It makes you look like an idiot.

As for the neighnours getting in the car & driving should they find children playing in the road annoying I suggest you go & study some more law.

My previous post referred - Is your attention span not up to reading the whole thread??? How long did your "struggle" to find the info last?

Not all roads are highways, if it is a new build there is every chance it has not been adopted as right of way or highway by the LA and private roads with no right of way are not covered by the legislation, so no need to be sarcastic as you have failed to understand the legislation yourself.

I'm struggling to reply as I have no idea of the point you are trying to make - perhaps forming sentences that make sense would be useful  .

Anyway, I'm off to idiot school now - I trust I'll see you there - you must have been a student for years and years and years.........;) (wink added because I know you love them!)

This used to be the argument for carparks but it didn't hold water when tested.

I'm not going to get into semantics as we are moving away from the original topic of this thread that ball games in the road are unsafe, annoying and anti-social and should not be viewed as acceptable behaviour.

Also, ganging up on a neighbour perceived to be difficult or "not one of the gang" because of differing views is bullying and childish.

Ganging up on a neighbour who causes problems for others is perfectly acceptable in my opinion, it's how society works.

Do you have an example to back up your carparks example as I have had sight of court judgements refuting it.

You come across as seeming to think it is perfectly acceptable behaviour on here.

Ganging up? On you? Myself and who else?

For goodness sake, I have a differing view to you and am articulating it - it's what happens on a public forum, I'd get used to it if I were you.

Oh, and you called me a idiot remember.

I'm off to my real life now, don't get lonely now, you sensitive little petal you;) ;);););).
