So far so good for my first monthly challenge mainly because you OStylers have given me so many tips
The coupon clipping is saving me loads plus just happened upon a lady in Mr T's today unloading a whole trolley of fruit and veg reduced to pennies..did look to see if the other ladies hovering had any safety pins on them :rotfl:

ummmm well mine is now at £152.76
so I've bout £7 for next weeks shop, but I do have a fairly full freezer so could make everything stretch until next payday would just need milk, veg and fruit and stuff like that....atleast I know that I can do my shop below £200 which is the first time I've done that for ages so it looks like March GC is a success.
although I've not quite reached my target.

So far so good I set myself a target of £200, but to be honest I am having a use up month and so far only spent £12.OO, most of that on an organic box.Pawpurrs x0

Not doing too badly so far: £3.87 over target, but:
- all shopped up until next Wednesday (unless I've overlooked something major!);
- c. 20 portions of meat/fish in the freezer.
- £81 still in the kitty for the rest of the month;
should be a doddle!0 -
This is my first month and so far I'm doing really well. I've spent less than £20 so far and I have the meals planned until at least next Friday. I only have to buy; Oats, 1 tin of toms, probably bread and some creme fraiche - other than that it's all in the fridge/cupboard so yippee!
Thanks to all of you that have posted cheap and easy recipes. I now have my very own recipe book which I am adopting to my own (and my daughter's) preferences as I go along. So far so good. I also think that I may have lost a couple of lb's!!We’ve had to remove your signature. Have full stocked fridge and freezer, though have spent £180 of my buget for the month so far.Wasn't expecting to have spent that much but have started SW and forget that lbs are not the only pounds you lose while dieting.GC: £400/ £00

Todays shop was £29.30 and 650 points on my Tesco clubcardOrganised people are just too lazy to look for things
F U Fund currently at £2500 -
I reckon I used to spend between £200 - £230 for two of use including wine.
I'd like it to come in under £200.00 as a target, so far £113.76 since 1st March, somehow I don't think I shall make it, but we shall see.0 -
To try to stick to my guide of £50 pw I have only £4.93 left to spend up until Monday. I do have the food for all the meals in though. Might need to buy soem more flour for bread and maybe some fruit. Depends on how determined I am to stick to budget come what may.
Now I have just had delivered a 1/4 of a pig for the freezer. Should last most of the year I think. I am wondering how to budget this though, whether to say that I have just completely blown the budget or divide it up costwise over the time I think it will last. What do others do in this situation?
Thanks in advance.0
