Hi SH,
How are you doing on W now? It seems they've swapped to processing amazon vouchers in bigger batches so longer wait to get them. I'd started to worried, but 2 arrived for OH and 1 for me today, so our credit balance to spend at Amazon is improving nicely.
Hope you're having some good runs of luck there. Some days you just lose the points immediately, others you just can't lose!! When it's good the stars mount up really quickly.
Hope you get the formal offer of the job through soon SH.
Pleased to hear DD is feeling better.0 -
Well done on the job SH!
Is this a 'proper' job with a salary, or still through agency? ie will you still have the problem over invoices etc.
And the whole website, coaching thing seems to be going great too!Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

hi se and gill
Well W I am on 161 gold stars - so still not had my first cash out!
Paperwork still hasn't arrived.
Going to a friend's shortly. Have had a quiet day so far - playing pick up sticks with my daughter and kerplunk and games like that. DS is miffed as he bought a game and it hasn't working....Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I have had a brainwave about this year's summer holiday. We have childhood friends living abroad - I think I will approach them to see if there is any chance we could go over and stay with them. We would still cover food costs and we would spend some money visiting tourist sites but should still be cheaper than a normal holiday....Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

When I am working I go to bed on time.... but currently awaiting paperwork for new job so last night went to bed at 3am and got up about 9 hours later..... (The kids fed themselves:rotfl:)coldstreamalways wrote: »SH, when do you sleep?
Lurker - yeah things seem to be going okay - I still need that paperwork tho! Then I can relax.
I have just renewed my car insurance through quidco - £75 cashback - plus £100 less than my renewal quote so was really chuffed :money:and that includes european insurance cover.... Total cost pre-cashback was £246 which I think is amazing! (so after cashback will be £171):j:j:j
OH likes the idea of us having a little car trip abroad during the summer, so need to work out how to set that up and make contact with the potential hosts.... Just hope they say yes!
DD was out playing this afternoon which was good.... Looks like they can't go and stay elsewhere until Thursday evening so will only get a little bit of peace but hopefully OH and I can squeeze in a date night or something... Should be good!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Hi all
Just withdrew £10 from free scratchcards - fabarooni!
DS is out playing. DD is round the house today.
Paperwork for job still hasn't arrived so just sent them a reminder email.....
Am also wondering whether to bite the bullet and try and sign on... I think they will sanction me but if the job falls through at least I would get money quicker....Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
