master nlp - well done you!

I would like to be a master at nlp - however not willing to pay the cost at the mo!

Not spoken to friends yet but probably will - sorted car insurance so covered abroad was only about £36 extra. The big problems is need to get 3 passports as they have expired - also need to find mine which disappeared about 3 weeks ago!

yikes not good ... thise things are so expensive ... but it will work out cheaper fr a holiday and more fun i am sure ...

i think the thing with the master title well ... i think it is just a title to be honest ... its kinda like my reiki ... i am now a reiki master teacher.. with that ... it's just a title ... if you are good your good the title doesnt make you good ... the title will only mean something to those that are impressed with titles (ok that's alot of people) but if you are rubbish ... no amount of titles will make you any better ... if you know what i mean ... probably not explaining myself very well ... is it alot of money for you to get the master for n.l.p? how about t.f.t have you done that? and hypnotherapy (that kinda goes hand in hand with the n.l.p )

I am not sure how much nlp costs... but did see one course for about £5K I think which scared me off?!! Don't know whether that was unusually expensive or what the going rate is?

I assume TFT is thought field therapy - not really come across that - not sure how it works....?

I would like to do more of nlp - partly because I think if I coud really get it to work for me (as well as any clients) then it would be life transforming...!

Hypnotherapy I was brought up not to agree with - for religious reasons - not sure where I stand on it now. I do know that I have found some of Paul McKenna's stuff helpful....

Not sure what reiki is about....

the best way i would describe hypnotherapy is where n.l.p does the work with the concious mind the hypnotherapy does the work with the unconcious mind ... they work very well together when used right (which i am sure you would do) sometimes it is easy to think and say these things ... but when we delve into the subconcious other reasons and understandings can come out that can be fixed so that the things we think and say can work ...

t.f.t is an interesting concept, one i have studied (and got a qualification for ) and one that i have used when i felt the time was appropriate ... i do know people that swear by it ... myself personally speaking i think it is more a time, place and individual thing

reiki is ... well reiki is amazing although if your religous views dont accept hypnotherapy they possibly wont accept reiki either (not trying to have a go honest)

if i can help in anyway or answer any questions p.m me we can chat (if you want that is)

    hi el

Pretty sure that reiki would be a no-no for me from a religious perspective....

It is weird tho.... I read books - that are what I call very "new age-y" but I can still take the bits that help me from them and discard the rest.... So I try to be open without putting my core spirituality at risk if that makes sense?

My knee is almost healed - still swollen and still painful to touch but in practice seem to be able to do everything I need to with it - altho may feel consequences later if that makes sense. Just driven over 100 miles with no problem so think it is doing much better than it was even a few weeks ago....

Wii I have neglected the last couple of weeks - but that is partly cos my knee is better and I am getting out more if that makes any sense!

yes it makes total sense ... and is a very good way of looking at things ... i have read many a new agey type book myself and like you somethings i can accept others there just aint no way it would fit in with my spirituality ... i think as humans we are mostly like this ... its good to be eclectic lol ...

ouch sounds like the knee has been a doozy think your doing the right thing not pushing it ... the last thing you want to do is put back your recovery time ... n.l.p is a good healer i found with my shoulder anyway (and reiki but thats another conversation lol)

are you finding you are missing the wii? i think about getting one everynow and then ... and then i think to myself when on earth would i get the time to use it ... then i say oh i would find the time ... but the truth is if i cant find the time to do tai-chi (which i love) or pilates or yoga never mind the walking i am meant to be doing for this challenge ... then there aint no chance i would find the time for the wii ... but then i fancy one ... can you sense the quandry lol

All the different therapies sound amazing and intriguing - I've never tried any but it's something I'd love to dib into - one day when funds allow....

Glad the paperwork has come up trumps - you're bound to feel better without the travelling.

    Take care

paperwork has arrived for new job.

Will be earning about a third less than 18 months ago but much more than I earned in practice last year due to being jobless a lot. References and medical allowing should be able to clear or almost clear debts while have job...

Hurrah! :D Hope you had a good Easter weekend :)
