Thanks starnac
Had a nice day today. Spent some time out with a friend and then went to singing practice tonight. I also managed to publish my whole website and at the moment I have ironed out all the bugs I found.... Now I need other people to use it and populate it hmmmm...
I have to be up really early at around 6am so I can go to a 2 hour NLP session - but it is free and comes with breakfast so should be good. Just cost of train fare and car parking to go! (might sneak into primarni too)
Then in the afternoon I am coaching someone.
Jobs still to do....
1) complete accident return to umbrella company
2) sort out car insurance by 1 April
3) sort out whole house of course!!! and all the other usual jobs....
4) check whether bank insurance would pay out on injury - they might!?Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Well done! :jsavingholmes wrote: »Well I have been offered the job - subject to references and medical so just have to hope my last company don't screw it up for me!
I feel like I'm holding my breath waiting to hear about DH's promotion/payrise!

Hi BZ - hope your DH gets the promotion. Hope the house sells soon too.
Gave primarni a miss as can't really afford that yet - I have a greater need for new (comfortable) shoes!
Well today has been good so far. Free session on Energetic NLP with some networking thrown in. One person was very interested in my website and is going to take a look. I have also just had my first random person subscribe to my newsletter too - they say they like my site so that is really positive. I can only assume it is a link from twitter! Exciting stuff!
I also reached £10 payout level on one of my free scratchcards so all good so far apart from early start LOLAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Fingers crossed for the medicals and getting the job in actual black and white - I'm sure it will all be fine but can understand your concerns.
Life is certainly busy for you now - what a difference to when I first read your diaries lol
I'm happy to have the next 2 weeks off work for the Easter hols. No plans other than 'not to plan' DH is off just over a week too. We'll enjoy spending some time together with no pressures.
Have pm'd you.

I'm hoping DH will manage to book a couple of days off before he gets his new team and he can take me round Primarni! I want some tshirts and stuffsavingholmes wrote: »Gave primarni a miss as can't really afford that yet
Being on a budget is all well and good, but there's no room for clothes in it, and I'm sorry, but sometimes I just need a bit of a pick me up!
It's not like I grab at Gucci and Prada for crying out loud! lol. Might have a mooch at Tesco's online range tho, I got a £5 off £25 through the post and I've got some clubcard vouchers.... "I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -
hi milann - thanks very much for the pm - have acted on it.:A
I now have 24 fans on facebook for my new site woohoo and am on 72 followers on twitter!
BZ - that is great news :j:j:beer::j- understand re the pick me up
I managed to get a pair of boots and and a pair of sandals in the Evans sale yesterday for £30. Saved about £50 compared with the original prices...!:j
A friend reassured me that the organisation I'm waiting for paperwork from sends things out second class so not to worry too much that it hasn't arrived yet. That does make sense...
I've read 2 nora roberts books this weekend - that was relaxing... I also got some more business related books out....
DD threw up yesterday twice which kind of limited what we could do with our weekend. Sung at church today which was nice - first time i had done that for about 4 months since I hurt my knee. Felt good to be back!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
