Never-in-doubt - the OP Pania no longer posts on DFW but I am sure folks will be able to see the large red warning triangle on the right hand side of their postings.

Morning all - its a grey grizzly day here:rolleyes: Must print off letter, package it up with a load of stuff and wander to the post office to send it recorded delivery:D

All the heavy stuff like concreting, digging etc is done Tixy. :T:T

However I'm hoping Nunpty will come back and help with the wood staining - need to do garage, shed, big gate and bridge :D:D.....but also so he can spend R & R time sunning himself in the garden with a large drink watching the piggies antics when in their runs :rotfl:

Looking a bit grey here Rog but we're not meant to get a lot of rain today (mind you the bridge is being built today so who knows what the stream will decide to do ;))

Off to take Numpty to the coach stop...

I got rained on when I went to the bank this morning, I wanted the cashpoint and then took in a business cheque book which used to have two signatories and I was told by the bank not to use it, I was told this morning that I can still use it but I said that it was doubtful that I would ever finish the cheques in the new book and could they please dispose of the old one carefully:D

I am sure that Numpty will be returning Wol because he gets spoilt when he stays with you - with you doing his washing, ironing his undercrackers, feeding him etc...has he cooked you anything yet?

    Hi everybody.

Over the last few weeks we have had a number of "troll" attacks on the boards.

What is a Troll? A troll is a person that posts deliberately provocative, nasty or hurtful comments on threads. They may be a person with no previous connection to the board or someone that has created a pseudonym to get their point made.

If you should get a comment made on any thread you post asking for help and advice please realise this comment is not directed at you personally.
We really are all a lovely bunch here (oops, modest, sorry) so please ignore these nasty comments and continue to post here as normal.

what should i do if i get a comment made on my thread?

firstly do not respond to the comment as this invariably is what the person wants. At the bottom of the post, on the left hand side is a red "warning" triangle. Click this and then "send" the message that comes up. This will report the message to abuse who will review it's content and delete it.

The person we had this morning was particularly vile and nasty and please believe me is an extreme rarity here.
Above all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BOARDS. THIS SITE IS AN ASSET TO SO MANY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT FEELS THE WORLD IS FALLING IN ON YOU. THERE IS SUCH A WEALTH OF ADVICE HERE TO BE HAD THAT THE COMMENTS OF ONE MUST NOT DETER YOU FROM AVAILING YOURSELF OF THE KNOWLEDGE HERE!!!!

It is testament to the work that martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time knowledge and experience freely to others, without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of debt crisis

PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ACTIONS OF THE MINORITY RUIN THAT.

    Kind wishes
    P

The board is busy today, so we need to keep reminding people of the risk of 'Troll Attacks'
