Treat them with the contempt they deserve and if they say anything remind them that you cannot afford a stamp and that eating food is preferable to starvation.

This is an "I can't go to sleep because of the new ruddy chavs downstairs":mad: type bump.

For an hour I have had to listen to the idiot bouncing a ball off the floor, the walls and the ceiling - if I had wanted to live on a basketball court I would have done, and now because I dared to bang on the floor the tv is turned up full blast and my flat stinks of dope:mad: A call to my lovely landlord tomorrow methinks:rolleyes:
