I would certainly like to, numpt  - when are you heading south again?I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Had another call from Yorkshire bank puddings this time about my loan:rolleyes:
YB - can you increase the payments
NM - not unless someone has given me a job in the last 20 minutes or I win the lottery which would be amazing seeing as I can't aford to do it
YB - if you can increase your payments it will reduce your arrears
NM - No !!!!!! Sherlock, you have my SOAand details you know i'm unemployed
YB - If you can raise some money we might be able to offer a redused final payment offer, most people don't know about these
NM - A full and final settlement, I'm aware of them through MSE website, and CAG and verious other sites
YB - Oh, ok ,, Bye
My gut feeling is they were try to talk me into a partial settlement:eek:PROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBT NERD #869Numpty,Not sure why but I'm crying. Of all the peeps on this board you're the kindest & most supportive of all & I'm  &

Hello all
Loved your transcript of the conversation with the bank, Numpty, you would think that they would have got the idea now that you would increase your payments or do a full and final if at all possible? As if anyone really likes to be paying small instalments off debts for years on end?One life - your life - live it!0
