  • I just wanted to thank all the people who have nothing better to do than insult someone looking for a bit of advise.

To Enfieldian, your life must be very empty if all you can do is lurk on forums waiting to be rude to others. Get a life moron.

thank you to the people who genuinely helped with the small question I had.

AFAIK all months have 4 weeks in them:

Or all months have at least 4 weeks in them.

    ***pedantry alert***

They and the previous two replies are wrong. The monthly price is incorrect.* They've missed out day 365. It should be

    ((weekly * 52) + (weekly / 7)) / 12

*even more pedantry - strictly speaking, there is insufficient information to tell whether it is the weekly or monthly rent that is incorrect. It could be the weekly amount that is incorrect. It depends on which was used as the base.

Rent Officers and Housing Benefit (and the DWP) now use the x12/52 method for rent conversion.

All benefits are paid monthly but in fact are paid every four weeks. Out of the goodness of my heart I share my child benefit with ex partner to shut him up. He thinks its paid monthly yet I get 13 payments a year. He's swallowed this for 4 years.

Don't feel bad - I bet the agent promoted the weekly amount rather than the monthly amount that comes as a bit of a shock! Its an easy mistake to make. :D

Beacuse 7 months of the year have 31 days in 'em, mate
....and 5 of them have 30. Feb is the only month that is exactly 4 weeks!

I'm just trying to point out that 4 weeks is not a month  , which is what the original poster wasn't grasping...
