Hiya everyone!! Just a quickie from me - just got back from Bluewater and really need to dash as my hubby is wanting attention me thinks!! Anyway, just wanted to say that Bluewater has loads of the Putting sets if anyone is wanting them - on the ground floor near where the prams/buggies are! It said free when you spend £10 on Gillette but I put it through with a £1.56 shave gel and it went through free no problem!! I did this on the SS tills.

Will be back tomorrow to catchup & post my shops!! very pleased with myself - got a No7 Glycicol peel & Line thingy - no idea what it does but it was a bargain so I'm happy!!! :rotfl: I'm mad me thinks! :rotfl:

I also printed out loads of ACM coupons that I won't need so will put list on here tomorrow & you're all welcome to them!!

Oh also just to say to the peeps who PM'd me for T&G 3for2 coupons - please don't think I'm ignoring you just been busy - will be posting them tomorrow!!

My son has used the Clean & Clear blackhead clearing products and found that they work well. They do a cleanser and a scrub and all facial skincare is on 342 at the moment.
Also, pore cleansing strips are quite good.

For all the Brizzle Bootsers, I was in the Broadmead store today at around 4pm - two SAs were putting Mediterranean scrubs, body butters and lip balms on the clearance shelves. The scrub was marked up as £1.82 (I think) and SA said that the original price was £7-ish so it looks as though they were reduced to 25% of the original price.
The SAs were putting looooaaaads on the shelves, but they said that usually as soon as they put this stuff on, people take it off so hurry if you want some! There were also some very good value gift sets there.
I didn't get any as I knew I wouldn't be able to carry it home on the bus!

Anyway, hope this helps someone -

I've tried the cleanser and scrub, followed the instructions on the back but they didn't make any difference , i'll look into the pore cleansing strips this week at my local mini boots.

My hubby has them on his nose and much to his annoynace I pounce on him when he gets out of a hot shower with a Biore pore strip. The ONLY reason I pounce is that the hot shower opens the pores up and pushes the blackheads out of the skin slightly so they are easier to remove and stick to the strips;) If you don't fancy the strips, use a cleanser when the pores are open - you could always steam your head over a bowl of hot water too!

Beaten to the strip thing by Geordie_lass but, these are the ones I use and are good.

Thanks sue. I've got to stay in tomorrow for a delivery , but maybe I'll be lucky and it will come at 9am, then I can hot foot it over to Brisol.

Don't have any but your post made me laugh, my sil to be has a horse, we give her 3 in one no7 wet wipes for her and horse and also high factor sum cream as his nose is quite sensetive.


When she first said do you have any sun cream for the horse i thought she was joking.


So even our animals benefit from oor boots stash.
