As has been said, it will only pour hot water.

The new one has now been launched which produces boiling water.

i got one of these collecting dust in loft, when making coffee it leave white stuff on top as water not hot enough, tea is yuk, you can stick in your finger in cup as the water isnt boiling, waste of money.

We got a Breville hot cup - water much hotter than the Tefal one.

I had one for just less than a year, and I have a major warning!!

Always always make sure that the water container is full before you press the button, I forgot and it caught fire!!! I had to dump it in a sink full of water to stop my kitchen burning down!

Then it is faulty, if it runs out of water part way through (as mine often does cos I forget to fill it!) it switches off!

Anyone know where to get the filters at less that £5 each? - mine only last a month.

Where can I get the new version that produces boiling water?

i had one of these... worst machine EVER. worked fine and dandy for the first two days...then seemed to pump out ice cold water. After two replacements ...the same problem! Exchanged it for a Breville Hot Cup... AMAZING machine...AND it doesnt need water filters!

My sister had one, which was fab for coffee because you shouldn't use boiling water but made, well, yes, a french style cup of 'not tea'. It broke within a couple of months, so did the replacement... sounds like she wasn't alone in having problems!
