I've had plenty of beer over the weekend as the weather was nice so I was happy with a 1lb. How are you finding it with SW? You doing red and green days?
Every time I go to SW I just giggle to myself about the Peter Kay sketches - "What do you get when you take the C of Chips... that's right!" :rotfl: :rotfl: And people losing a lb "A pound? I s**t a lb!" :rotfl::rotfl: Aww I am glad I've gone for it though

Nice one Danko! and well done on the loss to you and Silaqui!!
I've fallen right off the wagon (though it is my "star" week as they say in't weight loss trade)
Went for 2 runs over the weekend, so decided to "treat" myself to a box of Mini Magnums (or Diet Magnums as I call 'em) - now there's only one left
Anyway, you 2 have inspired me, so might dig out the SW books again.
PAD for today is £38.51 to MBNA and £31 to O/D = £69.51
Hope everyone else is well!0 -
Mainly red days at the minute (love my meat:D) but have tried some of the green recipes and they have been surprisingly tasty. Will let you all know how i get on tomorrow night.
Note to rest of the weightloss club - is it ok if i change my weigh in day to Wednesday instead of Thursday please?Payment A Day £15 (started 17/5/14) :j0 -

Hi everyone
I am addicted to this site ..... keep having a look to see who is doing what. Dad came round today and I sat in corner of the room sneaking a look at the posts while he was chatting away and interspersing the occasional 'oh really' and 'hmmmm'.
Everyone is doing well.... weightshedding and pad'ing, not to mention those (you know who) giving up nasty habits. So well done everyone :T
Repair man fixed washing machine. hooray..... quote was for £30 - £40 (well he said new door was £22 but new door not needed) so thought it might be only £20 or £30 but charged me £40Needless to say I paid up and said thankyou
Pad today £5 to NW loan.

xxDon't - I feel SICK. I can feel them all WODGED round my belly and one STUCK under my chin! Urghhhh, I'm such a blob...
Actually, while I'm in confession mode - I had a bowl of Strawbs and ice cream with a mini magnum stuck in the top!!!!(I blame PMT)
