Hey all. More sunshine, love it !

Back in normal office today so slightly bigger cravings for the fags as its part of the routine, but doing well. Lots of sipping of water and deep breaths are helping plus keeping an eye on the tennis live feed to take my mind off it.....

I actually feel nice and relaxed already - slept like a baby last night - which is a bonus, proves those ciggies were just making me more stressed despite me thinking they were relaxing...thanks mumof4 for the encouraging words, and everyone else! Love you!!

£39 PAD for me, when I get through day two I will post my ciggies saves up later and pad another fiver....thats the bext motivation by far!

    Enjoy the day everyone....

  • Keep up the good work Andy. I have never been a smoker but my Mum quit last year after a 30 year 20-a-day habit and she said that the first 10 days were the hardest.

Work was hard for me when I quit - I still went for "smoking breaks" though with my friends, I just didn't smoke. It really helped for the first month and I gradually stopped going as the smell became more unpleasant.

    Might work for you...

Well done though, first steps are the worst.
