Ah it's good to 'see' you Gilly. Sorry to hear you're feeling so down. My OH has struggled with depression for a long time. He's been fortunate enough to find medication that makes a huge difference. You should like you and i'll bet there's a million and one reasons why you should too. I hope you can come out of this dark patch soon. Big hugs ;)

Evening all, hope everyone is well. Still not got round to catching up on all the posts, but huge congratulations to everyone who has paid off debts (I am sure there are lots of you!).
I have been a bit rubbish lately, spending far too much on junk and not enough on Padding, not payday til Friday either so only 65p to evil cc pot for me today, better than nothing though.
Have managed to get a new mobile deal today which will hopefully save me about £15 a month, plus got a free phone, my old one is worth £50 on envirofine which will go straight off the horrible cc, fingers crossed will keep on track in June!
Too ashamed to admit how much I owe!!

    Hi Gilly
I too have had bouts of depression, so I know what's it's like to be in a black hole. Where no amount of "Cheer up! or "Snap yourself out of it" works. But I know that my view on things was a bit skewed too - I'm sure your colleagues like you and you'd probably like them too if you weren't so down...
I wish you a speedy recovery.
I didn't go down the medication route, but found a website that emailed me every day (for free) for weeks telling me what to do to get out of it - it really worked.

Brighter days are ahead for you, take care, mac x

Hiya everyone, hope all is well...? Just catching up, three pages again, so apologies to everyone who I don't mention! (which will be most :o )

No adverse effect from the cava, downed a pint..... of water :D before bed, so no hangover for me! Yay!
Love the name Adam Angelic, hope everything is ok today x
Welcome to the party KipKip, this is a great little (?) thread to hang out, everyone is lovely!

Not looking forward to tomorrow at all, have eaten loads of carp this week and I think I'll have put on everything I lost.... today all I have eaten is a small spag bol, and a mars bar:eek:

Anywho, PAD for today is £2 to the smEgg card.

Bit torn on the footie tonight, should support United, seeing as they're an English team..... but I'm an aggrieved Chelsea fan too!

Well what can I say? What a terrible game of football from United! The only thing that brings a smile to my face from that game is that we did better than the Scousers! :D

lol Danko! My hubby is a Liverpool fan and i am 100% he won't care about that tonight. He's working away so is probably is some dark pub feeling very lager happy at the moment!

I am surprised at how Man U played tho. I really thought they'd do it. It's always disappointing if you're a fan and your team plays like that.

Anyway, don't get me started on footie, i'll go on for hours! Off to watch SATC in bed now - talk about one extreme to the other lol :D

yes very!! I always disappear to bed when i know my hubby is due home. He gets on my nerves when i'm sober and he's not! I also know that'll he'll fall asleep on the settee so i don't have to put up with drunken snoring ;)
