A stone and a half in five weeks is going some but you are doing really well so far. Being nosey whats happening in 5 weeks?
I have been on my wii fit for the first time today my wii age wasnt as bad as I feared but it did call me a couch potato:rotfl:30 minutes today so pleased with myself and my cold is better

It's very rare for me to bake cake ..... i think the last one i baked was when i was at school ! :rotfl:.... although i did make some rock cakes a few months ago ... I only made it because i was bored and fancied something yummy .... Typical i had a slice but don't want any more ! so will have to take some to work tomorrow or i'll end up eating later in the week ....
If not then i presume you can freeze a fruit cake ? .....
Ooooooooooooh i love cake mixture as well ... but i was really good and never " shovelled any down me "i only had a couple of licks off the spoon :T.....
The reason that i said i wanted to lose the weight within 5 weeks ( by 4th July ) is nothing too exciting .... we have a " fun day " in my local area and thousands of people come and a very large group of us meet up for the day .... basically for us it's " a boozing and chatting " day and we never get home 'till god knows what time the following day ! ... It just gives me an incentive to " get cracking " and shift some weight quickly ..... hopefully !
Green is still " on the missing " .... hope that she's ok ....

I'm guessing in your case it's Oldest Daughter?
Yep hadn't thought about that. I keep getting Dear Daughter and Direct Debit mixed up.

Like you I think I need to sort out a more regular eating pattern, I seem to have days where I hardly eat anything, then have days where I eat nothing but rubbish. I am expecting to loose a bit more this week though *fingers crossed*
