Quick post from me. Unfortunately no pad today need to work out how much i can afford so will pad tomorrow.

However for the weigh in i have actually lost a whole 1lb. I know it probably doesnt' sound much but i have only been doing SW (loosely) for 3 days. A friend and I are going to the class on Wed to get info pack tho my mate is trying to talk me into going weekly:eek: Anyhow chuffed that i have actually lost something! Good luck to all the other dieters and all you paders. Have a lovely evening. Going to have a well deserved glass of vino.:T

didnt get a chance to post yesterday so PAD of £5 for today and PAD of £5 for tomorrow, so total of £10 for me.

Well done to those who have paid of a card.

Weigh in for me is 1lb off. Not going very quickly but then I am not really sticking to the eating plan I am supposed to be doing . Oh well another week next week.

Today was a mixed day . . . The bad part being a row with the boss . . . the good being that I found out my local hospice charity shop is an end of line clearance place for one of my fave & expensive stores and I got an amazing vesty summery thing for £ 3.50 instead of 40 quid . . .

Anyways my charity shop antics netted me £1.04 in small change that went into the singing tin of what I have now decided will be holiday wonders. . .

Just wanted to say that I have survived today. Back there tomorrow but at least i know that tomorrow is FRIDAY!!!!!!!! :j

We will not finish it tomoz, but we have been told that we will have to come back at a later date to finish off. I'm relieved that they said that it will probably not be next week.

Got to go to London on Monday overnight. Looked at staying at the Premier Inn but decided on a little treat and booked a posher hotel for only £20 more through laterooms.com.

I am going to raid my money box to pay the difference. I will be paid expenses for the train ticket, sadly not for the hotel room though. Its a b*gger cos i have to be there for 9am on Tuesday. I'd like to see them try and get a train down from the North East and get there that early. :mad:

Never mind, its a day out and I will learn something from it. The weekend will be spent researching cos i have no clue at the mo what i am doing.

Diet wise .... An ok day today ! ...

Ooooooooooooh it's weigh in day !! ..... Well ..... i've weighed myself .... i now weigh **st 9 lbs ... so have lost 1 lb ....my total amount lost is now 14 lbs ..... am still a bit pee'd off ....as i was hoping to lose more .... but i have eaten alot more this week ...

Anyway catch you all tomorrow ...
