feeling very sorry for myself today. went to see my dr this morning about my poorly elbow. as i suspected it is tennis elbow. dr has injected steroids straight into the joint - ouch! strict instructions to rest it completely for 24 hours (hence the one handed typing) plus once the local anaesthetic wears off - and it is starting to - i know i will be in agony. so needless to say i am not at work today!
pad today is £5.21 to abhorrent amazon halifax
An acupuncturist showed me something that can help that a lot. If you're interested, I will try to describe the excercise in a PM. It helped me a great deal and never caused a problem since - though it took several weeks to settle down.0 -
So Thursday night is PAD diet weigh in night and I have put on a lb
On top of that, I have no money to PAD, I only realised its a 5 week month for nursery fees when the money went out, with two other bills that I didn't think were due until next week.... Leaving me over my 'free' OD, and incurring interest by the day
Bad times

Hello everybody!
Wasn't on yesterday because I took the b/f to the cinema and out for a meal for his birthday. In true MSE style it was on bogof night and I used a voucher that I had for Pizza Hut - 3 courses for £7.99, and very nice it was too - I highly recommend the new 'toscani' menu!
Pad of £2 for today and tomorrow. Only 8 days till payday thank goodness... I am seriously running out of cash this month after having to pay out £150 quid to get my car done. Still my mate the mechanic is saving me £75 quid by doing it so I can't really complain.
Oh and padders - I need your help!!!
I have been invited to a 'heroes and villains' fancy dress party, any suggestions for inexpensive possibilities? I did think of possibly Daphne from scooby doo, Lara Croft, Princess Leia? but struggling to think of many others that don't require expensive costumes!
Thanks!
