    Morning All,

Heading bowling tomorrow night...hopefully that'll make bambino come out!! It's a work night out, in the 2 1/2 years I've been with the company I've been on maternity leave twice and not been to any of the 1000's of social events they have so the least I can do is go and join them for a wee game :D Not been out of the house on a night out since March 2007 so kinda nervous !! (I only know the month cause it was the month before I found out I was expecting!)

Anyway, PAD for me today is £3.43 which means I've paid over £1500 in debt this month :j
    Started PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10
Aim for 2011 - pay off car loan £260.00 saved

    :hello: Hey everyone!

A few posts from me this morning but this one's the one with the money. It's pay day tomorrow so a big yay so in the meantime just a £1 to the Cosmotini mug for me.

I asked work yesterday whether they will be buying my art work when I leave (several pieces hanging up in the Reception area) and the FD just laughed in my face! How f***ing rude! I don't mind if they don't buy them, fair enough, but didn't think there was any need to laugh in my face!

Lots of rain forecasted for the weekend nooo! Hoping to get tomorrow off if I can so I can have a lie in before the camping mayhem.

Forgot to say well done on the debt busting Andy! You must be really pleased! I'm still waiting on that lottery win to clear the lot... ;) :rotfl:

Terri, I'm hoping to tune in tonight for Adam TV!! :D I hear he's doing an Aerosmith song and possibly U2? I like to think it's Metallica's 'One' track but I doubt that very much :rotfl: Especially if I don't have to get up for work tomorrow. Can't see Danny winning it - I will be utterly SHOCKED if he even gets a sniff of it. Don't like him :rotfl:BTW, I had the same fact on my chewey bar yesterday! :rotfl: Good luck with the WI! :D

    Nearly Friday ppl...

    Good morning

Love the chat. We are all doing well.

Cleared cc a few days ago IN FULL :j then today on line puter said I owe £1.54  When is paid in full not paid in full ? Answer : when they see fit to add more charges  Well I have paid them today. Balance should be NIL POUNDS AND NIL PENCE

Having lots of no spend days, shopping carefully, mantra .. if it ain't broke don't fix it.... if it is broke, repair it (DIY).

Light bulb went in dad's loft .. he wanted to call in electrician  Superwoman to rescue... up loft ladder, on stool (with dad 85) and replaced lightbulb.

Garden chairs, cushions broken ... to replace cushions £60/£70.... bought material £2.50 ... sat with needle and cotton ... hours later.. voila... repaired cushion ... well, have done one so far.

People might say that I am good to my dad but I AM protecting my inheritence :rotfl:

    Anyway...

PAD £1.54 TO NW CC
PAD £450 to overdraft (now only £700 and falling) :j

    TOTAL PAD £451.54

    Have a good day everyone.

As a foster carer I can appreciate how you are feeling. You just see and hear things that you would rather not. Big hugs to you. I have to congratulate you on your debt busting you are so focussed. I know you say that there is a long way to go but I have no doubt that you will get there.

Danko if you look at my location you will see that I have been reunited with my knickers so no shopping in M&S for me. They arrived Sunday night so not too bad and it meant I was only 10 hours late with my malaria tablet so all is well. Are you really going purple it is my favourite colour I did joke with my hairdresser that purple was a step too far when she persuaded me to go red - I would be interested to see a photo. I have got used to the red now and get a shock when people I have seen for a few weeks comment on it:rotfl:

OH has bought the car it is blue and he went over budget :naughty: but he is so happy it was worth it picking it up next Wednesday - so I will have to change the car budget figure in my sig. At least now I can concentrate on debt busting except I still have to buy a new cooker as ours is limping along and certain things we can't cook think I am going to wait until the bank holiday weekend to see if there are any special offers :money:

£10 for me to the pay off HSBC in October fund.

Forgot to say I weighed in today I have decided that as I am being up front about my debt I should be up front about my weight (mind you up front is where most of it is :rotfl:) why is weight even more embarassing than debt. Everyone who sees you knows that you are overweight they can't tell you are in debt . So here goes I weigh 16st 6lbs which means that I have lost 2lbs since I got back from Uganda so that's a start.

    Have a great day everyone.

    DTxx

PS Forgot to say I am going out tonight and I am going to meet someone who used to be a poster on my wall when I was a teenager it feels really wierd I will let you know how it goes I have got silly butterflies which is mad for someone as ancient as me and most of you on here (the young ones) have probably never heard of him but I am sure some of the oldies might have fancied him too!
