It was great here this morning my 3yr old twins class went for a four mile walk to see some falls. Glad they were dragging their feet a bit because it disguised how unfit I am
must get on the wii fit still we all made it. I am proud of them but ashamed of how unfit I am:eek: It is raining now so we made it back just in time.

Hello FAL, my assignment is for my masters and is about sustainable education in design and technology.... due in on 22nd of May  To be fair I have done most of it, and I've done all the work for the bit that I haven't done - it's just trying to get myself into writing the rest of it up!
The problem with this part time study thing is that you just don't want to do anything when you get home from a full day at work lol!
Thanks to all those who gave me a virtual kick up the bum - I think I may have to write myself a rewards chart hehe :rotfl: Today I did everything on my list and am going to do one other little software training task in a min that I've been putting off for ages...!
PAD today is £1, I'm into my overdraft this month annoyingly so I'm gonna keep them small unless I get a windfall (unlikely!)
Have a good evening everyone!

HI Danko
Don't forget that if you're exercising, you're building muscle, which is heavier than fat. I think with weightloss it gets to the point where you shouldn't worry about the scales but focus on your shape and how clothes fit, but most importantly how you feel. You should be applauded for keeping fit, so don't give up, you're going great guns hun xxx
Thanks Hopeful! Think I just get frustrated and I think it may partly be down to lady time coming up but we shall see what happens next week! Suprisingly to me, I'm really enjoying the cycling. I never realised how much is actually on your doorstep! Roll on some drier/sunnier weather! How are things with you?
