What a bad day for me to overeat on ! It was WEIGH IN day today ( thursday ) ....so here goes ..... Have just this minute weighed myself ..... My weight is ** st and 5 lbs ..... which means a loss of 4 lbs .... I'm a bit " cheesed off " about only losing that amount , but to be honest it's my own fault for being a pig! .... Hopefully i will do better next week ...
Well done on the 4lb weight loss Terri! That really is an excellent start! :T They usually say you can lose that much upto 6lbs in some cases in your first week and then you should continue to lose on average around 2lbs per week which is classed as a healthy weight loss i.e. you keep it off easier! Keep going!
I'm doing Slimming World and eatting for England! Apparently it works so shall see on Tuesday night! (I might have a sneaky jump on the scales over the weekend...)
I'm saving myself for Sunday night with Adam! :rotfl: I was typing out my letter of resignation last night so I missed it! I've had a sneaky peep at some photies and he IS gorgeous and talented and yummy and going to win! :EasterBun <---- Yeah, I'd do that to him :rotfl::rotfl:

Woo-hoo pay day :j
Morning peeps.
First off, congratulations Hopeful1 :T As soon as i read your news the word 'girl' popped into my head. I'm no Mystic Meg, but let's see 7 months from now.
Well done F_A_L. 4lbs is tremendous weight loss. Doctors advice 1-2lbs per week as a healthy target, so you've done particularly well :T. You've no reason to feel bad about itYou go girrrrl :T.
Have a good PAD day everyone. My wages are a little low this week so i don't think i can make any pads. I'll wait for my direct debits to go through 1st and then see what tiny sum is left over for padding .
Have a good one.
