    Many congrats to you F_F:T:T:j:T:T
It must be a great feeling to get rid of the Binkleyboncus debt
I want to join the PaD( Pounds are Disappearing ) weigh-in please F-lil and have tiptoed onto the scales -things do not look good:eek: nevermind all will change
Not sure about any rules apart from cutting down on the old choccy :(:(:(. I can't go "cold turkey" however I am going to allow myself 3or 4 small pieces of Green/Blacks ginger dark choccyyy mmmmmmmmm per day otherwise I'd just go :EasterBun(not a pretty site) and will tuck into the fruit bowl that the fruit fairy keeps pointing to and and I'll eat the cold turkey .
Today's PAD is the mega amount of 22p to round up the amount so far- I haven't done much but it feels soooooo good!!! Good luck everyone:cool:
May you fill up the great clutterbucket of life and may all of your leaks be in cheese sauce:D

Hi guys just got round to reading this thread, can I ask a stupid question?

Do you actually pay your debt off every day - actually send the company a payment or make an online paymen, or do you save it up and pay it once a month?

I really want to do this with my loan which has a shocking interest rate and I can overpay without penalties, they gave me the bank details to do this. And if I dont pay the extra off the loan I will find something to spend it on :o!

Im only worried that if I save my money every week I'll find someting else that we 'need' before the payment hits the debt?

    How do you do it?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi Kandipandi and welcome - Everyone does it differently, I make small payments online everyday either through my bank or credit cards website, some people pay into savings accounts/ISA's or have tins/pots/jars etc that they put their loose change into then pay into bank at end of week/month or when they're full, its upto you how you do it whatever suits you. good luck

    Hello Kandipandi !

Welcome to the wacky world of PAD. :hello:

If you have internet banking it's nice and easy to pay each day. Just set up your loan as a payee and then pay whatever you like, whenever you like.

On here, I think someone posted that you can send less than £1 if you like this way.

I do it this way as it stops me spending the money, rather than saving it up and paying in a bulk amount (the temptation would be there to dip into it....:o)

Come and attack your loan with us ! High interest rates stink !

PAD £145 to the loan, nearly under £5,000, I am sooo excited, nearly £1,500 paid off..

Anyone know how you go about paying extra into a loan?

Im with barclays and what i have done is change the standing order amount through online banking it allowed me to do it and the loan reduced by that amount. i was told in branch that it was too complicated to do and i would need a total restructure. if poss try the above and see if it works.
