Hi all
It's been gorgeous here today.
FF my OH is a Geordie too but me and kids are Boro supporters so none of us are very happy!!!!! The air has been blue this afternoon with OH watching match and kids sniggering!!! and he's even more peed off that Newcastle are now below us!
Twinkles and sarah hope your both feeling better, I think everyone knows exactly how you feel tho but you've both done really well! wish my debt was as small as yours!!
DT - I'd be putting a rocket up your internet providers first thing on monday! 23 days without it I'd be passed myselfI hope they aren't taking a payment off you for this month??? hope it gets sorted for you soon.
Terri - OH's back still killing him, he's got an appointment on wednesday to see a physio, it seems to me tho thats its bl00dy selective back ache!!! as it seems to be ok when he's practising with his band and other stuff he likes to do but when it comes to helping with washing pots etc its suddenly killing him!!!

evening all from a very tired, very "sun-kissed" tomtom...
the good - it's been a no spend day here at tomtom towers. mainly because DH and i didn't actually get dressed until early afternoonand then spent the day enjoying the sun in the garden :j- lovely!
the bad - our petrol lawnmower had a small fire today & plumed out loads of stinky black smoke. not sure if it will be worth repairing it (only a cheap one) but luckily we had an old flymo in the garage that still works.:T
back to school tomorrow - best get my herbal tea & get tucked in so i can get up for the school run  xxMortgage free as of 11/11/15 !
:Anow... to start some serious saving :A

I think both Newcastle and Middlesbrough are going down! don't know about your OH but mine would be happy if Sunderland went down as well as he hates them! where as I think it would be sad to see 2 northern clubs going down!
Well done by the way to Leicester!! :TDebt @ LBM - £25,722 Debt now - £11,811 DFD - April 2012

I do venture up that way occasionally as I have a relative who lives in Shildon and another in Darlington.
Lovely part of the country. It helps that it's the only county in England with no fixed speed cameras.0 -

NO PADS IN THIS POST.
Well, I'm temporarily out of overdraft (just) but there's no point doing any extra PADs because I must pay my flat service charges by Tuesday and there are a couple of minimum CC payments due out soon too. These will put me back into the red.
It's a bit frustrating because I do want to make extra payments above the minimums. I just look forward to May - August as they are lowish spend months so I should be able to make a bit of headway again. Also, Npower were going to put my DD down from £60 to £56. I decided instead to get them to increase it to £63 as I want to ensure that I remain in a small credit with them. I acquired a freezer a while back and I have recently started using my electricity to charge up batteries sometimes (work equipment) so my usage is starting to climb.0 -
