A Payment a Day Part 3

Morning all, had a fab time in Edinburgh yesterday although it was misty and drizzly. It also cost me £15 for a return ticket from Glasgow to Edinburgh! Off-peak! I knew it was going to be a scary train fare!
Have put £60 aside for my cat tree fund (or Cat Lair Fund as my OH calls it) as the cats have wrecked the cheap one I got from zooplus. Am saving up for a decent hardwood one - this is the one I want. It's pricey but they are very well made and have been recommended by our breeder. I already have £98 in my paypal account towards it, only using survey/cashback money to pay for it.
I love the cat lair - I would be scared to spend that kind of money though in case my little b*ggers didn't like it! (See my thread for pictures, they are cuties!) I turned my back for a minute today and Ernie had climbed the chest of drawers and was hiding in my jumper drawer, leaving me an evening of defluffing ahead :rotfl:
For those who don't have eggs left, Thorntons have half-price easter eggs. I got a MAHOOSIVE Special Toffee one for the nice people who lent us their house for our holiday and it was only a fiver :j :j
I did use the money I saved to buy Special Toffee though. Not very MSE. *chomp*0 -

*shudder* the bus! Yes it's pretty scary money for one return ticket.
Being a secret lurker on your thread I've already seen your little cuties, Bert and Ernie.:rotfl:Love the names. I know my three will love the cat lair as they already have a ceiling high one but it's all shoogly cos it's a rubbish cheap one.
My youngest cat is turning into a thief - anytime I leave a food item down (i.e. toast and honey, chocolates (in wrappers) etc) he grabs them and takes them to his (shoogly) lair to eat. So have to be very careful especially as he is picking all the bad things he shouldn't be eating! May I ask how you've all found PADing with a virgin card. My tesco cc 0% is coming to an end so I need to balance transfer elsewhere and Virgin are doing the best current 0% deal but some of the reviews for managing your account are dire.
I think you will find that Tesco and Virgin are all managed by RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) so you may not be able to balance transfer between these.
I am sure someone else will know the link which shows which banks are "interbred"
Good Luck with finding a good transer

Sorry to hear that you are " cheesed off " at the moment ..... Hopefully you won't have to wait too long for your hospital appointment and your results...
You know that there is usually somebody on here if you want to have a natter anytime !...
Take care ...

Sorry if I upset you by being extra chirpy. I have just taken my PAD payments so far (they were cash in a jar plus a Cheque that I was owed) and paid them in to the bank. Then I made an extra CC payment of £135.57 which made me feel very good indeed. This feeling is down to yourself and the many others on here.
Thanks
