hope you're feeling better soon danko. sounds like you're not at the same surgery as me (westbrook) - when i ring in the morning, they usually get the triage nurse to ring back within about an hour to have a chat and assess if you actually need an appt - i always seem to get one when i speak to her. the receptionist literally just takes down the info & passes it on. hope you have more luck with them tomorrow xMortgage free as of 11/11/15 !

just wondered if you lot got the payments to barclaycard and cap one etc sorted?
I finally managed to get an extra payment to Barclaycard which I will include in my PAD for tomorrow.
