On Facebook i was told to change all my settings ..... to go into " privacy settings " , then into " news feed and wall " then to untick all the boxes except the " remove profile info " one ....

So i have done all that ....

So if i write something on " my wall " can you all see it on your " home page " ?
How comes i can see what everybody else is writing on their own " walls " ...?

Does this make sense ?

Hey Terri

This still confuses me most of the time.I can see what you type on your wall, I think all your "friends" can and when I type something in the box where it says my status or whatever that is shown to all my friends including you, I think its so you can comment and see what others are commenting easily lol

I cant see what you type on other peoples wall though unless they have an "open" profile or I have them on my friends list.
Am i making you more confused here? lol

just popping in for a quick hello before the site is taken down! already did my PAD through monday...:A

i'm on facebook already too, but have been severely restricting my use the last few weeks as i literally lose *hours* when i go on there! so i will catch everyone back on MSE with our shiny new updated forums in a few days.

I have just increased my privacy settings as clearly they weren't a high as some people's! I dealt with my profile ages ago (only Friends) but not newsfeed (I am not that much of an expert on FB!) - that is now rectified!

Any chance of repeating that in basic " numpty " language ! :rotfl: ....

The reason i asked about K M , was that those initials are linked to you and another PADder .... Am off to check the photo again ! ....
