stevetodd - you are not intelligent enough to be a chartered surveyor, nor intelligient enough to know what you are are talking about, let alone pretend to be buying three properties because you can afford it. I'd quote the exact words you said but I cant be bothered.
Go back in your dream world hole and stop posting inane comments.

It is easily verified by the RICS get a life, I already own some which again can be verified by the land registry

I think the point you are missing is that the prices have not really moved for a year so the prices are current, so I don't see your point at all, please explain?

Although I have to say that I just went to check the prices and the link is gone so it's a couple of weeks old now

And can you show evidence that prices haven't moved for a year?
What drivel will you spout next?

My attitude hasn't changed one bit champ. You seem to have been reading something into my posts that's simply not there.I'll cut you a break though; You seem a bit tired and emotional this evening.

Yes sorry I was out of order I am not willing to say why but I recieved some bad news shortly before reading your post (I should have never gone on the internet tonight but I am running on remote at the moment, trying to fill a void).

That is just rubbish, try and get a bet on with them, that's why a spread price is more sound because you can actually bet on it!

You obviously do not understand the difference between a genuine spread betting price and some stupid internet prediction,

I didn't say house prices prices hadn't moved, I said the prediction for the bottom of the market had not moved!

Are you ok in the head, you answered my remark about spread prices (ie gambling on house prices) for the bottom of the market. You are out of your depth in this conversation stop embarressing yourself (I have already done that myself with somneone else so consider yourself forgiven) but please stop you are really making a fool of yourself now.

I'm sure a qualified chartered surveyor would be able to spell properly.
