Afternoon Ladies and Ted
Its been a good few months since I caught up with you.I see some of the old faces Sazzy,Gilly,Badger and Daisy are still around but a fair few of you are new since I left.So hi to the newbies.I lost 46lbs low carbing last year and took a break over the Christmas period and it sort of went on for a bit longer.I'm now back LC'ing and hope to lose the last stone I need to reach target.I've now gone from a size 22 to a 12 and as well as LC'ing I do an hour a day on the wii fit to try and tone up the saggy bits and tbh its worked pretty well.So now you know about me how about you ladies introducing yourselves?

wow well done mazzers!!
i was so good last week on my low carb diet but then by friday i slipped up and having been eating whatever i wanted and now feel the after affectsback on it today.
hurt my foot so cant do any exercise  so for now it just be concentrating on the diet. well done sweets for getting back on the low carb ladder0 -
My story is about the same as Lesley's - lost loads last year to get down to a healthy BMI. Took 6 weeks off after Christmas and restarted and lost the last stone I needed to get to where I think I should be.
I've decided that I don't need to lose any more weight now but I need to find some stability (both weight wise and in my head). I have noticed that I only tend to post when i am celebrating something or finding it hard so i am going to try and log on more often to keep me in the middle!
Although I would still like to lose more weight on my bottom half I know that I can't afford to lose anymore really as my top half is skeletal - scrawny, bony breast bone and sticky out ribs when i lie down on my side (but still a saggy belly that flops onto the sheets!) and my bra size has gone down again - AA cup if I'm lucky now.
I find it so much easier on induction - if i don't buy the stuff I can't eat it but I find it really hard to limit myself. I lose a few pounds, relax the rules and put it back on. I know that if I go back to induction I can lose the extra pounds again, but I know that I am gaining and relosing the same 3/4/5 pounds over and over again. And of course the weight comes off my top half and goes on the bottom half so I still have a belly but no bust at all.
I really need to restart doing pilates as I my core is much less core-like than it was before. My name is Paula and I am a low carber1/6/08-83kg : 1/5/10-57kg
(Atkins/IPD) 24/1/13 - 69kg! Yikes!

Hi leslie, have been slowly reading thrugh the old thread and have got to 'know' all of you. Was wondering how you were doing.
Am in a particuarly good mood today
Thanks for the good wishes folks.0 -
Paula, i find it odd that you are not losing off your bottom half.
I usually have trouble shifting it from my top half which is a size bigger than bottom half and my legs usually go skinnier but my arms stay huge.
But, on lc its going evenly, and my top is almost matching my bottom, iykwim.0 -

Was in bed feeling down too, only got up to have brekkie, then go back to bed.
