    Wow, Mercy!!

Your garden is bloomin gorgeous!! I love it!! That first pic is brilliant!! :D

Don't like the triffid though!! I wouldn't like that looking at me through the window!! The close-up of it in flower is lovely. Do you know what it is?? Not that I'm gonna get one of course!!

The tulips are just to die for (no pun intended ). I really like them.

And last, but by no means least, Newton is such a handsome dude, I just wanna stroke him :D

Our mad Bank Holiday weather continues with ............... hailstones!!

Glad I noticed it getting dark & got my washing in before it started!!
Mine was out all night - drink - and got rained on. Is drying in the house and doesn't smell awful like line drying often does round here. Maybe that's the secret :)

Been a busy bee today & have been doing housework!! That's a thing you don't see very often!! :o Only done the front room so far, but it's a start!! :D

my body clock refuses to let me!! Ping!! Eyes open at 6.30 am or thereabouts Snaparoony there old bean! That's why I had brekkie and went back to bed, read 3 pages then dead for a couple of much needed hours :)

I had to defrost my frost-free fridge-freezer last week for the 3rd or 4th time in just a few months  What's all that about :confused:Ended up throwing ham, 2 packs of bacon & 2 lots of milk out!! I'd have cooked it and either fridged it or et it :)

Mercy, writing things down has definitely helped me, I'm actually considering re-starting low-carb so things must be getting better!! I hope my positive mood continues!! :DGlad it's working, you do seem perkier.

Off to do more housework so see you all later, lovely & friendly peeps  Sicko! Go with the flow, I only really clean things when I get the urge :) Maximise your potential!!

(just thought I'd get a bit of cheesiness in :rotfl:) Your cheese is always welcome!

Just this minute started hailstoning here! I laughed when I read that it was doing that to you! Heyho, will have to leave the gardening for a little while (16hrs?) :rotfl:

That's cos that's what I see. The front view is just for the Trolls and Orcs wandering past, my garden is for me. Always designed it for my viewing pleasure :)

Don't like the triffid though!! I wouldn't like that looking at me through the window!! The close-up of it in flower is lovely. Do you know what it is?? Not that I'm gonna get one of course!!
It's a Rheum. Apparently. Some relation to the rhubarb, I believe, can't help thinking it should be with more of its' own. Looks lonely. If I had a large garden I'd have many :) I've had it 3 years this spring and previously it's just got some big leaves. NOW I'm getting my £4 worth!

The tulips are just to die for (no pun intended ). I really like them.

And last, but by no means least, Newton is such a handsome dude, I just wanna stroke him :DHe'd let you. In fact he'd demand it :) Such a tart!

alias - my sista was and is still, of the same mind as you and sweets. I love it though, but then I was interested in getting a REAL triffid since 12 years old :) Kind of a dream come true, without the dire consequences. So far ...........:rotfl:

Sorry to monopolise the thread - but I got another great bargain yesterday.

M&S are doing a small approx 30x30cm cool bag. 80p. Perfect for lunches and food on the move. Maybe my lettuce next week will be crispy? Will let yous know. It seems ideal! And it's nice and black, sleek looking :rotfl:

Going to make Bakewell Tart in a bit, and some coco candy. Trying it with peanut butter, shykins suggestion, will let you know how good it is.

    Hello peeps

Just sat down & I'm feeling quite tired now - been working my bahooky off all day!! :rotfl:

Front room is now clean & tidy :A For now

Have also ventured into eldest's bedroom - what a tip!! It was bogging!! Found 3 empty breadstick boxes, amongst other things strewn around the floor!! Will [STRIKE]have a go[/STRIKE] discuss when she is back tomorrow. I'm pretty sure her excuse will be that I took her bin away on Friday - the reason for that, however, is because there was something growing in there & it is now outside being de-fumigated/sterilised!!

Found 8 empty loo rolls under youngest's bed  Still 3 under there as I couldn't reach them!! Her room wasn't quite as mingin as her sister's though!! :rotfl:

Going to sit & eat some freshly baked rock cakes now, just had the urge to make some!! Even added some multi-coloured sprinkles to see what that looks like!!

    I fear I'm a lost cause!! :rotfl:

You is just a big weirdo. :rotfl:

Ok..no chicken for tonight's tea....just a bottle of Blossom Hill. :o No food in the old (fat) stomach so I is pretty p*ssed. :rotfl:

I'm ranting about having no life and I know I need to shut up but I can't.

I may be single and have evicted my kids by tomoroow. :rotfl:Only one of the aforementioned kids won a bottle of some kind of wine in a raffle so he has a little leeway.:D

I bought a Boots 'get rid of your hair' thing . I cant afford it but I had an attitude problem. I also bought some Tesco 'ready' chicken things (think expensive). I suspect I will end up thin simply because I'll starve in the poorhouse. :rotfl:

I used to have a life and interests etc. My sole excitemtnt these days is getting a binman to talk to. :rotfl:Wonder if SHirly Valentine was a low carber? :rotfl:

This is a mutli purpose threa dreally, isn;t it? :D

Nop bloody wonder I'm fat.

    Where is everyone tonight?
