Hello all.
Man you guys are up early on a Sunday. OH dragged me out of bed at 9 and I thought he was being cruel! Especially as I was having a rather nice dream. Mmmmm
Well, still haven't weighed myself but put on an old skirt today and the waistband is looser. hopefully its not the elastic going! I definately need to look long term because I am waaaaaaaay overweight (probably about 7 stone ) but each little pound is a step closer to my goal.
GP prescribed Metformin (PCOS) but said as a side effect it may help me loose weight. BUT thats because it makes you gassy so you feel full. Nice!
Will be kind off the low carb til Thurs when our new fridge freezer arrives coz having to eat whatever is available (and not off!) but will stick to it as much as possible.
Off to do some comping now. Fingers crossed for a Wii fit!"I am not a vegetarian because I love animals; I am a vegetarian because I hate plants." A. Whitney Brown0 -
I want to be thin. And young. And rich.
Just back from seeing Hannah Montana The Movie and I want a life.
When we came out of the pictures, we went to Boots and I got a tube of old crone cream and sprayed myself with the perfume testers.
What?! It's a start. I will be smooth and smell nice if nowt else.
Got chicken in mascarpone something or other for tonight's tea. Looks really good on the picture, time will tell if it looks the same after I've cooked it.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Hello!
Didn't get back on to post pics yesterday as mate came round and we got soundly drunk. Did quite a lot in garden and took pics, so going to try and get my head round photobucket.
alias - I meant that I shouldn't have thanked the spammer, didn't read the sig bit til I saw your post. Then kicked myself. I'm lucky with the shopping as I always trog round charity shops. Didn't fancy the 8-10 in Bolton centre so came home early and hit the two near me. One is Bolton Hospice shop and there's often a bargain in there, think that's because it's staffed totally by volunteers. Got a Beswick sheep from there for 10p once
I have to confess, I do come home with a load of tat on occasionDid well in that all the clothes fit and I could carry it all home easily
Apart from the cider and red wine did well eats wise yesterday
B+L - keto cocktail, supplements, scrambled eggs and bacon medallions
D - egg mayonaisse, smoked salmon on thick crunchy lettuce.
Today
B+L as above
D - got 2 rib eye steaks defrosting. Will have with spinach and tomatoes. Got some baby plum ones, my faves!

Our mad Bank Holiday weather continues with ............... hailstones!!
Glad I noticed it getting dark & got my washing in before it started!!
Been a busy bee today & have been doing housework!! That's a thing you don't see very often!!Only done the front room so far, but it's a start!!
marrow, I wish I could sleep in on a weekend but my body clock refuses to let me!! Ping!! Eyes open at 6.30 am or thereabouts & I'm wide awake. I usually lay there for a while, hoping I might nod off again but not a bloomin chance.
I had to defrost my frost-free fridge-freezer last week for the 3rd or 4th time in just a few months  What's all that aboutActually think it's faulty but too late to complain now. Have a small fridge lurking in the garage so switched it on & put everything in out of the f-f. Only found out later that the fridge wasn't working either!! Ended up throwing ham, 2 packs of bacon & 2 lots of milk out!!
So did you cry at Hannah Montana then, alias?! I'm hoping my 2 don't want to see it, I can't stand cheesy stuff like that!! :rotfl:
Mercy, writing things down has definitely helped me, I'm actually considering re-starting low-carb so things must be getting better!! I hope my positive mood continues!!
Off to do more housework so see you all later, lovely & friendly peeps  (just thought I'd get a bit of cheesiness in :rotfl:)0 -
Well there you go. I was asked, and now I have the power.......:rotfl:
The whole colour thing will be shown off better in a month or so, got lots of deep red and very dark plants yet to get full leafage. Am going to put in a few lime green and yellow things (little bushes, less work that wayto perk it up a bit but soon it'll turn pink with sweet perrenials! I am a girly Goth, and pink and yellow are allowed
Hope I've not been boring, but I was asked :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Makes me want to go do a bit more.
