Well what a day! Spent it looking forward to the weekend. :)

    B+snack+lunch
    supplements and keto cocktail
boiled egg, cheese, l/c sausies, bit of chorizo, mayo plus lots of salad and spinach
D - flax cracker type thing with smoked salmon (offer on in asda, got loads) cream cheese, spinach and maybe a few mini plum tomatoes.

If my work food sounds monotonous, you should know I make em up two at a time, and I don't always eat the items in the same order, for variety :rotfl:

Thanks Mazzers- now I know what everyone is going on about. Marrowgirl was thought up in a quick mad moment. When I was at school (a loooong time ago) a few friends and I decided to have a celebration called Marrowmas because we were bored waiting for xmas, Can't remember why marrow though! I thought it would give me some anonimity yet my friends would be able to know its me. I'm an Audiologist -ear technician.

Well done Badger lady for the winning outfit!

I'm trying to convince my OH that he wants to cook me something tonight, the onion bhajis sound yum. He's just polished off the last of the caramel digestives so at least I can't sneak any of them.
