Am really hungry today.

Just had bacon and scrambled eggs.

I think my hunger is governed by my hormones, maybe because menopause is looming, my hormones are somewhat depleted and thats why i rarely get very hungry. (cept certain days)

I remember being a lot hungrier last time i did it and that was years ago.
Maybe i've discovered the one good thing about the menopause

Am off now to actually do something other than spout cr*p on here

Afternoon all,

Getting back to low carb today after a bit of a blip yesterday. Had a nasty meeting with my evil boss, and found myself out of a job. (been off sick for ages so its not a surprise but its still upsetting).
Anyhoo, back to veggie low carb with a vengeance.
Liked the pix Mazzers. I tend to think i look like a slightly younger version of Marjorie Dawes from Little Britain if that helps picture me!
Badger -hope the fancy dress thing goes well today. I'm expecting to see pix!

Sorry to hear about your job, marrowgirl You should seek advice, I didn't think it was legal to sack someone when they are off sick??

i havent watched little britain in ages so no idea who that is.

went out to lunch with some of the girls at work and was being o so good with a salad. but it didnt settle in my stomach very well and so far today was going so well.

Occy Health advised that I shouldn't go back to my current department coz I'd received bullying which contributed to my depression so thats why no job. Supposed to be relocated but I'm quite specialised and they say they have nothing suitable -even tho I'd do anything. Had I made a complaint at the start I could have made a fuss now but I was stupid and thought it was all my fault! I've learnt from the experience tho, and won't let anyone bully me again! I've not had a great experience working for the NHS!!

What's all this "avvy" business? I feel i'm missing out!

OH said my face looks thinner so I'm feeling more cheerful now. Would rather my !!!!! was smaller but anything is a bonus.

Marrow girl, does your name have anything to do with your job then, as in blood marrow??
The avvy (avatar) is a little pic on the left of each post, under your name.
If you go to your user cp, edit avatar, you can put a pic from your pc or an avatar site, cant remember any at the mo, but you could always google it.
You will be able to see ours then too.

Just got back from my rendezvous absolutely starvin, was so nice knowing i had butter chicken waiting.
I added more spices to the bhaji mix that was left and fried 'em up, oooh bloody lovely, they do not taste at all 'eggy' (unlike oopsies)
Am so full now i feel a nap coming on :rotfl:

Mind you, just checked back to my ealier post to see what time i ate and it was
10.20 am, no wonder i was hungry :rolleyes:
