Anyhoo. I'm a big fat pigface! Just made a double helping of mockolate and will be making inroads with lashings of lovely double cream, any minute now! Have added a 1/4 teasp (to regular recipe, 1/2 teasp for my choc cake fest) of baking powder. Works well! Even if I manage to eat the lot - doubtful now I've seen it - I will still only be running a carb count of ~ 25 - 30g today! :j

To our less-than-low-carb-at-the-moment friends, try this. Seriously. You won't believe the taste, texture, sheer enjoyment you can have for v few carbs. LUSH is an understatement. Don't taste of almonds either. I've modified with baking powder and twice the vanilla. Go for it! Yumsk :rotfl:

Good morning :hello:

Been awake on & off since 4 am :mad: & kept thinking about this Alastair Darling muppet character - I got it wrong - it's not Beaker, it's Sam the Eagle!! Can't do a pic but there's one on Google with the two of them together - definitely separated at birth!! :rotfl:
