I have also had an almond pancake with a few raspberries and cream and 2 sq dark chocolate

Hi Sheila,
I forget my oatbran a lot of the time...
But, porridge is nice, I use 2tbsp you can mix with water, milk, cream. Cinnamon is nice.
Or muffins. Again 2tbsp mix to a batter with Philly, an egg, some sweetener and bake in silicone for 15-20 min.
Some people just stir it into yoghurt.
If you like almond pancakes, just add some to the batter mix? Reduce the amount of almond so your wet / dry mix stays the same?
Or use it to coat your home made scotch eggs?
I'm not eating today, feel a bit carp, so just having fluids. And a vitamin chew. And an early night...Bossymoo
