Ooops, sorry, wrong thread, I should be posting on Pig Outs Anonymous!!
Oooh! sweets! You are a caution! :rotfl:
Well de-mob happy is where I'm at!
Trying not to think about a delivery I got tomorrow, Thought it was 7.30 to 16.30 but no. Further perusal says they can call 07.30 to 19.30
Am hoping for a morning delivery so if you would I'd like you all to send good thoughts into the ether about that one. The power of so many kind and lovely minds can't do any harm :j
Still, plumber due around 11ish to give me back my shower! YAY! have missed it. Sitting in a huge bath but only using 6in water 'for a quick wash' is rubbish. Used to just use the bath for hours of soaking pleasure, now it's a bindAm going to do it properly tonight though, got some new bubbles
The low carb bit of this post is - bathing can be low carb (just depends on what's on the tray you take with you:)), if I get the delivery int morn I can go out and get more exercise by walking a lotWant to do Saturday's chores else they'll not get done. I'm off to a garden centre Sat with sista so will want to do stuff in garden.
Heyho! What will be etc.

Forgot to say earlier, badger! You successful young lady, you! Well done! :Tlow carb recipe list - link on page 1 low carb support threadYou don't have any control over what life throws at you.You DO have control over how you react0 -
One last little menu! Not a great one...
- Egg mayonnaise and lettuce in a wholemeal baguette
- Whole fresh orange
- Fresh grapefruit, kalamata olives and mixed seeds
- Veggie sushi
- Total yoghurt, cacao nibs and a whole fresh pear
- Cottage cheese and mango salad
As you can see, there's a lot of fruit thereBut it's so yummy and freeee! I've also been having a hungry day, probably in preparation for tonight - I'm travelling down the airport for an overnight stay before catching an early am flight to my parents' house! Yippee! It'll be the first time I've seen my Mum since she started this diet so I can't wait... plus my Dad's birthday of course

Done two lots of washing, all ready for a hang out tomorrow to finish em off. Vac'd and tidied.
Nicely ready for the weekend!

Enjoy your bath, Mercy. Tis good to have a wallow, in more ways than one
Make sure your mockolate doesn't get all soggy!!
Hope you get your delivery early - sending positive vibes - I hate waiting in for deliveries!!
Badger, have a lovely time with your Mum & Dad - say hello to Gaye from all of us0 -
Gosh this thread moves fast sometimes.sweetserendipity wrote: »LittleMiss, you seem to be doing great with your exercise regime - just wanted you to know it hadn't gone unnoticed!!
Mine has fallen by the wayside
For now
I wouldn't say I'm doing as well as I would like to, but I have managed to get to the gym twice a week most weeks since I joined (almost two months now). I never ever thought I would say this but I like going to the gym
I feel kind of loosened up afterwards.
Fell of the wagon today though due to lack of organisation - ran out of food. Had the rest of the coleslaw for breakfast then at work I had crisps and biscuits from the pot and leftover meeting quiche for lunch. At least it was free though... moneysaving... Dinner has been takeaway because I left work really late but Indian is allowed because I always have a mushroom paneer and a salad0 -
I've never tried limiting my carbs.
Problem is, I just love my sandwich and crisps too much!0 -
Hi all, just got in from my luncheon meet, I had chicken salad, but also had a spoonful of rice and a spoonful of pasta
not too bad until my friend bought pick-n-mix and then it all went to pot, i cannot resist sweets and stay away from them, but they were under me nosewas childish stuff like jelly beans, liquorice comfits and fruitella etc.. mmmm irresistible.
Not eaten since tho, and have come to bed to watch a flim now.
Oh i tell alie, i had a pkt of pork scratchings for the 20 mile drive home.
All in all a lovely day, went shopping too and went back to friends house for couple of hours. Really sleepy now tho so may just get an eary night and sod the film0 -
Hmm.
Anyhoo, got bathed, successfully, and feel pretty darn good
thanks sweets for good stuff! You some powerful witchy woman so feel reasonably confident now
My only worry is that after effortlessly shaving my legs - this time without need for red cross as I used conditioner as the lubricant - I 'accidentally' shaved my arms for the first time in my life  Dunno how it happened but once I'd started I had to finish. Have I done wrong? Will I now get thick black hair sprouting from my arms too? Did it with the flow so haven't put myself at much risk of ingrowing ones. However, I just had v thin fine delicate hair of about 2 inches in length (spose summat had to give but normally use scissors). What will I get next?
''These any many other questions will be answered in the next episode of''

Showing of age here but I used to love 'soap'
