Low-carb diets support thread

Its hard to comment at the moment cos I binged over Easter and had put on 3lb when i weighed in on the friday after, I have still been good and hope to have lost some by this friday but I have also upped my exercise. I find Dr D's easier with allowing a bit more fruit and yogurts etc. I just generally low carb but don't count the amount of carbs I'm eating anymore. Will let you know how it goes.

Thanks shelby, i dont count carbs anymore either, i know whats what and just stay low-ish.

Fancy Dr D's because of the fruit, am missing fruit. Will prob stay LC til i've lost quite a bit more tho.

Hanspan, this graph is great, saddo that i am, i have gone through most of my posts as i didnt keep a record of weight loss except on this thread and i want it to be accurate, am surprised at how many naughty times i have had ( i thought i was mostly good) was quite an eye-opener.

It is great to see the overall trend, and although my goal is low, i am not too bothered about reaching it exactly, or if it takes longer than expected, but came up with the time scale as 2lb a week is the average loss on most diets.

Ditto HanSpan btw. Haven't had a chance to play yet as Excel is on other pc but thank you very much for taking the time, it's very much appreciated. I will get on other pc tomorrow and will chart my path to slenderness.
